You are viewing handmade cutting boards that are made from varied colors of walnut wood. Theses colors are derived from various sections of the tree. My job (desire) as the woodworker is to lay these out in a creative way so that the overall look strikes a balance of beauty and creativity. Sanded and completely rounded over on the edge. Your purchase is for a round, with handle, walnut cutting board that will have varying colors of wood similar to the ones in the above photos. Every board will be unique, truly one-of-a-kind...no two boards will ever be the same!

Finished with mineral oil, then re-waxed & buffed with mineral oil/beeswax at time of shipment.

NOTE: The reverse side of this style board will usually be almost all brown colored wood, however, sometimes it may have a little streaking of (less) light colored wood. It will be a mix of the dark and lighter colors of walnut wood. The heavier streaks of lighter colored wood, and any other contrasting color variations will usually be displayed on one side. Naturally, grain, colors and variations of light colored woods will vary from board to board.
